Our Mission

To acquire, design, manufacture, and distribute beautiful handmade, local, Native American and Southwestern Gold and Silver jewelry at prices everyone can afford.

Company Profile

Our company started in retail. We enjoyed selling Native American and Southwestern jewelry because of its tradition, design, uniqueness. After examining local sellers prices and offering, we decided that we could offer the public beautiful jewelry at a more affordable price. Initially, we started with a select offering of a few best selling items for sale in our own retail store. Our selection and offering grew to encompass hundreds of designs in all sizes using many distinctive semi- and precious stones. We offer local Native American and Southwestern Gold and Silver jewelry set with turquoise, onyx, malachite, coral, lapis, diamonds, emeralds, rubys, sapphires, topaz, garnets, citrines, amethysts, pearls, peridots, and more.

The Enchanted Southwest has been in business in the same location for over 11 years. We have recently expanded to the internet where we offer secure on-line sales 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Office hours are 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM Mountain Daylight Time, Monday through Saturday excluding Holidays. Our contact information is as follows:

Your satisfaction is guaranteed with our 7 day approval period on all of your new Enchanted Southwest Gold and Silver jewelry. During that time, if it doesn't meet your expectations, return it. We will exchange items or, if you prefer, refund your purchase price less shipping charges.

The Enchanted Southwest Gold and Silver has a LIFETIME WARRANTY against artist defects in materials and workmanship. We reserve the right to determine if the warranty is valid or void due to abuse or neglect of the product. Defective items will be repaired or replaced at our discretion. If a piece needs to be replaced and has been discontinued, you may choose a piece of equal or less value or pay the difference. All returns must be accompanied by a copy of the receipt.
